Usability Issues

If you create a new form container (creating two columns), you can create NEW elements in each column, but you cannot drag an existing element from outside the container into the container.

Make the columns auto-size better, the date is cramped and multiple lines with a few characters per line. Make the row not stretch 10000% beyond what it needs to, it creates a horizontal scroll bar. Example is showing a couple of tickets, the comments that are displayed are shown with the line breaks included so on one there is just the greeting - kind of weird in this layout. Normally ticket systems and email apps show the whole message inline without line breaks. The second image shows the end of the horizontal scroll bar.

Make comment URLs have target=_blank so they open in a new window. It's quite annoying that it will redirect in the same window and I lose my context because normally I compare the link that I opened to the Moxie task for more info.

Different screens give different text-editing experiences/workflows, adding friction to the user experience. The Description box here appears by default, but it's invisible. Give it a border, at least: https://share.zight.com/6quorzpz The Note box here does not appear by default, but it's obvious when you summon it, (and has editing features that the Description box lacks). Why not provide us with a new blank Note box when we view this tab? https://share.zight.com/Kouk4j2O

I recently noticed that if I set a project type, the client doesn't automatically see the tasks for that project in the portal unless they specifically filter for that project type. This is confusing as it seems there are no tasks for that project. For now I'll have to convert my project back to the default type. In my opinion the project type should be an internal thing that clients shouldn't see. They should just see the settings from that project type ie the statuses. It doesn't matter what KIND of project it is for them, they just need to see the tasks.

There doesn't seem to be an easy way to scroll on kanban view in pipeline, which makes it very frustrating to try to see my full pipeline at a glance.

For Client portal, we'd love to see some usability improved: -Give different views for client tasks other than kanban. It would be great for client to have the option to view as a grid, similar to how we can view different ways internally in Moxie -Make scroll bar on kanban view easier to see (it's hiding at the bottom under all the tasks, and only visible when really zoomed out. When scrolling, the "Status" header is very cut off) -Have calendar view for client default to starting TODAY or in current month, vs. showing the first task/project start month Thank you!

Zapier and Make can not map to Custom fields when using Zapier to fill out for or create opportunity.

Hi. Moxie has started freezing my browser, especially upon startup. I'm in Edge. Any tips?

When I look at a project's task list as a table and expand it to show subtasks, I have sorting options, including sort by start date or due date. But when I am on the Subtasks tab in Task Details, nothing is sortable. It would be very helpful if it could be.
