  1. Make the columns auto-size better, the date is cramped and multiple lines with a few characters per line.
  2. Make the row not stretch 10000% beyond what it needs to, it creates a horizontal scroll bar.
Example is showing a couple of tickets, the comments that are displayed are shown with the line breaks included so on one there is just the greeting - kind of weird in this layout. Normally ticket systems and email apps show the whole message inline without line breaks.
