At the moment, I have 15+ active calendars, and each one requires individual updates to availability. This becomes quite time-consuming and increases the risk of inconsistencies or scheduling errors. It would be incredibly helpful to have a way to define global business availability hours in one central location, with the option to: ✔ Apply these hours across all calendars by default, or ✔ Override them on a per-calendar basis when needed Example Use Case: ✔ Set standard working hours (e.g., Mon–Fri, 9am–11:30am and 1:30pm–5pm) once ✔ Automatically apply these hours to all current and future calendars ✔ Retain flexibility to customize specific calendars if required Why This Matters: ✔ Saves significant administrative time ✔ Reduces the likelihood of errors or double bookings ✔ Creates a more streamlined and scalable system for users with multiple offerings or client types This kind of centralized control would make a meaningful difference for practitioners and business owners managing multiple services.
