Hi, I really love the Moxie as it's so easy to use I've been using this for more than three years now when it was hectic, haha,

I would love to see the feature where we can comment while closing the ticket. Although the ticket has a comment option, it does not allow closing comments. Closing comments could be emailed to the client and have attachments. Right now, it only sends a message that the ticket is closed with details in the communicator. However, it would be much more useful if it included closing comments where we could describe what's done and also attach a report to be sent to the client via email.
