I send my clients a Brand Questionnaire that collects all sort of info at the beginning of the project. Often times as the project gets going, we need to add on some technology such as Google Workspace or ChatGPT. It would be nice to be able to add in a new field to that existing form and allow them to add that info in and resubmit the same form, to now include the updated info.
