Turn off / on notification emails in tickets

Forgive me if this is somewhere and I can't find it.

I would love to be able to edit the email notifications received. Am I missing something? I dug through help and other feedback before posting so I hope I'm not duplicating!

We need this feature too. It would be great if we could configure notifications so that only relevant team members are notified for things like new tickets or signed agreements, rather than the whole team.

Yeah ideally whoever is assigned on the ticket should get notification, not the entire team.
