When accessing the email editor from the Opportunity Activity Tab,
then clicking + Add Email.
The resulting window- is very tiny.
And the only way to exit that window after typing an email is to scroll all the way up to top of window and click the left arrow.
  • Cannot click “off” of window to get back to main screen.
  • Back arrow does not indicate that a draft will not be saved. I've lost several nearly-finished emails this way after trying to review some info in the Opportunity box.
Could this email editor:
  • be larger
  • float over the screen while sill allowing access to the opportunity box so we can check details while writing an email?
  • save drafts
  • not require scrolling up to top of thread to exit the screen?
