Currently, when invoice visibility is enabled in the Moxie client portal, clients are able to view all past invoices without limitation. This includes outdated invoices from years ago, which may reflect legacy rates or no longer relevant details. I’d like to request the ability to set a visibility limit, such as “last 12 months” or a custom date range so that clients only see recent invoices.
This feature would:
~ Allow businesses to present only current, relevant billing information.
~ Prevent confusion or potential disputes over past pricing.
~ Improve the professionalism of the client portal by tailoring what's visible.
Ideally, the feature would be accessible in the enabled features or permissions preferences (e.g., “Only show invoices from the past X months/years”).
