On desktop for the last few days, when I click the Moxie resource center > Contact us, the modal disappears entirely instead of opening the support window. The other links (e.g. Knowledge base) work normally.
If I reload the page, I can again open the resource center, but the same thing happens if I click Contact us.
In the Moxie app, it works as usual.

We have seen this recently with some privacy blockers preventing the Intercom widget from loading. Can you try disabling your browser plugins/extension, restart the browser, and re-test?

Geoff Mina thanks - I turned off my VPN and it worked fine. But I'm not sure what changed, as my VPN isn't new, and I always keep it on. 🤷♀️
FWIW, I also have the mobile version of the same VPN, which isn't blocking it on mobile.
