Receiving too many notifications for the same thing

Let's say I have task that is linked to a ticket. I am assigned to both the task and the ticket. If a client leaves a comment on the ticket I get notified 3 times - twice on the task and once on the ticket. 
I expect that I would just get notified once about the comment on the ticket itself rather than the task.

I agree with this! I'm also getting too many notifications for recurring invoices. I used to only get copied on the email that was sent to clients, and that was perfect. Now I get copied on that email AND get a separate notification that the invoice was sent. Same thing with paymentsāI get copied on the email sent to a client AND get a separate "payment cleared" notification. In addition to all of that, I get the notifications within Moxie. Would love granular controls for email/in-app notifications!
