Opportunity Tokens not populating in the agreement email.

I was able to send an email template with the agreement link, opportunity name and contact name from the opportunity by adding the correct tokens last night. Today I edited the email template and none of the tokens are populating. 
I reached out to support and Austin says: Looks like Send email is showing up okay but it's sending the agreement email that is not picking up the tokens.
