New File System Bugs
complete

These are pretty critical since it's affecting all of our clients. I spent most of the day fielding texts, calls and emails with unhappy clients suddenly not being able to access the files we're sending them.
On mobile, they can't open files. We'll need a button or something because even the press-and-hold isn't working on Mobile.
Even more than that, clients can see the file on mobile, but when we tell them to use the desktop, they aren't able to view them at all, there's no "Files" tab for them.
When a client uploads files now into the task, we no longer can access them. We get a notification that they added them, but the task files section doesn't show us the files they uploaded.

These have all been resolved. There is now a (…) button in the file list to download.

Geoff Mina Thanks! What about the clients that couldn't see the files we put in the task, and also the other way around when a client drops in the files for us to see?

Alison Waidell: They most likely need to clear their cache. If they aren't seeing the "Files" tab at the top of the task window, they are still running the old version.
