Could we have the ability to add the entire doc's padding/margin instead of having to do this for each element in each page please.

I also cosign this. Or at least make the default padding bigger, 8 px is SO NARROW. I'm doing 150 to make it look nice and airy.

8 is unacceptable, but I could live with like 50.
