Agreement templates have great reminder settings — you can set multiple reminders, choose the interval, and select which email template to use. There's an "Expire after" field, but no way to automatically send an email when the agreement expires.
It would be much simpler and more intuitive to manage expiry emails in the same place as reminders, rather than building separate workflow logic. It keeps the client communication settings centralised and reduces the need for complex workflows.
Current workaround:
I'm using workflow automations to handle this — the workflow waits for the expiry date, checks if the agreement has been signed, and if not, sends an expiry email to the client. But ideally, this should be handled within the Agreement settings, just like reminders are.
Requested feature:
Add an "Email template" field in the Agreement template settings for the expiry notification (similar to how reminders work). When an agreement expires unsigned, Moxie automatically sends the selected email template to the client.
