There's no token available to reference the account owner's email address in workflows, agreement templates, or invoice templates. The available {{Account.*}} tokens include Name, Address, Phone, Website — but not Email.
Email addresses in Moxie are tied to user profiles, not to the account/business settings. This makes sense for authentication, but creates a gap when you need to reference the account owner's email in automated workflows or templates.
Use case:
I use workflow automations to send emails to the account owner at key points in the client journey. These emails prompt manual tasks like customising agreements or updating custom fields before the workflow continues.
Right now, I have to manually type in the email address (in workflows and in invoice templates). It’s not the end of the world, but it would be easier if there was a relevant option in the dropdown menu (in workflows) and a token (in agreement and invoice templates).
Requested feature:
Add a token like {{Owner.Email}} or {{AccountOwner.Email}} that references the account owner's email address. This would work in:
• Workflow automation "Send Email" widgets
• Agreement templates
• Invoice templates
